We created this guide to walk you through everything you need to know before your training officially begins.

After You Register

Once your form is successfully submitted, you’ll be automatically directed to a WhatsApp group created for your state.

This group is where all important communication will happen — updates, training info, and community support.

We’ll also ask you to follow our social media platforms to stay connected for real-time updates.

Screening Day — Know You, Know Your Goal

Before the main training begins, we’ll hold a brief screening session.

What does this include?

  • Getting to know you
  • Confirming your identity
  • Verifying the skill area you selected
  • Giving you a short orientation

The screening might happen a day before the training or on the same day, depending on your state.

Launching the Program

After screening, we’ll Commence  the official launch of the program in your state. This can happen:

  • The same day as screening, or
  • The day after

It’s flexible, depending on the location and situation on ground.

 Final List Announcement

After screening is complete, we’ll publish the final list of selected trainees on:

  • Our social media pages
  • Our official website

This list will also contain:

  • The venue for your training
  • The training dates and times

So far, most of our physical trainings have held on Saturdays and Sundays, but we’re flexible and may adjust this in other states based on local needs.

 What to Expect During Training

Here’s what the actual training looks like:

  • Beginner-friendly
  • Hands-on & practical
  • Taught by real professionals in your chosen field
  • Interactive sessions (even if digital)

We focus on these skill areas:

  • ICT (Computer Appreciation, Website Development, Graphic Design, Data Analysis  etc)
  • Culinary (pastries, snacks, small chops, etc)
  • Fashion (sewing, cutting, styling etc)
  • Agriculture (poultry, small-scale farming etc)

What About Certificates?

Certificates are awarded to:

  • Trainees who complete their training
  • Participate actively
  • Fulfill basic requirements (like attendance, assignments, etc.)

But more than the certificate, what we want you to leave with is:

Real skill. Real mindset. Real confidence.

Post-Training Support – Startup Packs for Top Trainees

Our empowerment doesn’t stop at training.

For the best-performing trainees, we go a step further by seeking out support from:

  • State government agencies
  • Well-meaning individuals
  • Corporate sponsors and donors

This support often comes in the form of:

  • Startup kits
  • Working materials or equipment
  • Access to microgrants or business exposure

We believe those who show serious commitment deserve a real head start.

Not everyone may receive startup items, but everyone is trained to start small, grow fast, and build sustainably.

Final Words — What You Need to Bring

You don’t need to have everything figured out. But here’s what helps:

  • A good attitude
  • Willingness to learn, practice, and connect

You’re not just joining a program — you’re joining a community that believes in your growth.
