Jigawa State is set to make history! On Saturday, 8th November 2025, the 9jaFoodFiesta Empowerment Programme, in proud partnership with the Office of the First Lady of Jigawa State, Her Excellency, Hajiya Hadiza Umar Namadi, will officially open at the Manpower Development Institute, Dutse.
This initiative is dedicated to empowering 2,000 Youths, Women, and Persons with Disabilities across Jigawa with free professional training in ICT, Fashion Design, Culinary Arts, and Agriculture (Poultry and Fisheries). Beyond learning, this program is a bridge to self-reliance, creativity, and community transformation.
As we take this next step, we celebrate not just the beginning of another empowerment phase, but the continuation of a nationwide vision — to raise a generation of skilled, confident Nigerians who can shape their own futures.
Jigawa State… Joy is coming.
