We wish to inform the general public, registered participants, partners, and all stakeholders that the 9JaFoodFiesta Empowerment Program in Jigawa State, originally scheduled to launch on May 10th, 2025, at the Manpower Development Institute, Dutse, has been postponed.

New Date to Be Announced Soon

Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we have made the difficult decision to reschedule the launch and training dates for this highly anticipated program. The new date for the official launch and the commencement of training will be communicated soon via our website, social media platforms, and direct communication channels.

We understand the anticipation and excitement surrounding this event, especially from the over 2,000 youths, women, and persons with disabilities who have registered to benefit from this life-changing initiative. Please be assured that this postponement is temporary and aimed at ensuring that we deliver the best possible experience and impact when the program is officially launched.

A Message from 9JaFoodFiesta

“We deeply appreciate your enthusiasm and patience. This program is not just an event—it’s a mission to empower, uplift, and transform lives across Jigawa State and Nigeria at large. While the delay is unfortunate, it gives us more time to deliver an even more impactful and organized experience for all.”

We remain committed to our vision of empowering 2,000 individuals in Jigawa through free training in ICT, culinary skills, fashion, and agriculture (fishery and poultry). Your journey toward empowerment is still very much alive—and only briefly paused.

Stay tuned. Stay ready. Jigawa, we are still coming — and joy is still on the way!
